• Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account is strongly recommended.
• Changing account details may require identity verification.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be temporarily locked.

Vip id will never ask for your password by phone or message. If anyone requests your password in the name of vip id, it is a scam — report it to us immediately.

Deposits and withdrawals on vip id are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the maximum single deposit is ৳50,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the mobile number registered on your account. Withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies. In special cases, the limit may be increased following account verification.
• Transactions may be delayed during system maintenance. Advance notice will be provided.

Vip id is committed to fair and honest betting. If any user attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities for abnormal gains, the relevant bets will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

• To claim the welcome bonus, a minimum deposit is required and the specified wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip id platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or technical glitches.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

Vip id believes betting is enjoyable only when it stays in control. We encourage every user to play responsibly.

• Self-Exclusion: You can request to have your account closed for a set period of time.
